Simatta Bijoux gives you 30 days from the date you received your order for any exchange or refund.

You must inform us of your decision with a clear statement by email to contact@simattabijoux.com.

We will refund you no later than 15 days from the day we receive the returned jewelry, using the same payment method as for the order.

Return conditions

For jewelry to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

• It was purchased and received within the last 30 days.
• It is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Jewelry personalized following a quote, engraved or made to measure cannot be returned or exchanged, but remains covered by our 2-year warranty.

Please note: if your original order included several pieces with an overall discount and you return only some of them, the discount amount will be deducted from the total refund.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any jewelry that does not meet the conditions above.

Returning jewelry

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the jewelry.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Gifts

If the jewelry was bought with a gift card, you will receive gift credit for the amount used.

If the jewelry was not marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the giver.
