Each Simatta piece is carefully prepared and shipped in its gift box, with a tracking
number sent by email as soon as it ships.

## Shipping costs

 * **France**: free shipping, to your home or a pickup point
 * **Europe**: free shipping, to your home or a pickup point
 * **Rest of the world**: €35

## Delivery times

Indicative times in business days, from order confirmation:

 * France: 3 to 6 days
 * Europe: 3 to 9 days
 * Rest of the world: 3 to 19 days

Pieces in stock ship faster. An estimated delivery date is shown on each product
page before you order. Solid gold pieces are made to order: allow 2 to 3 weeks.

## Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be 
charged by the destination country; they are payable by the recipient.

## Returns
